The Pixnor P2016 facial brush is one of the more affordable cleansing systems out there. It’s a 7-in-1 tool, made of durable hard plastic, and comes in two colors to choose from.
Here, we’re going to give you a report of the product — its features, the benefits it promises to give you, and most especially, what previous buyers are saying about it. Is it worth your money, or should you just stick to more expensive options such as the Clarisonic or Foreo Luna? Read on to find out.
Pixnor P2016, The Basics
When you unbox your package, you should get 7 interchangeable applicators – an exfoliating head, a latex sponge, a make-up sponge, a rolling massager, a short soft brush, a long ultra-fine brush, and a pumice stone.
These brushes have their separate functions, and with the exception of the pumice stone, they target the facial skin. Among the benefits include the following:
- deep cleansing
- gentle exfoliation
- massage to improve circulation and skin elasticity
- stimulation of collagen production
- reduction of fine lines
- removal of calluses on feet and elbows
The Pixnor P2016 is NOT a sonic brush. Instead the brushes rotate continuously when you turn on the device. It also has two speed settings to choose from, and it runs on 2 AA batteries. As advertised, this beauty tool can be used daily to maintain or improve the quality of your skin.
At 206 grams, this facial brush is lightweight. And with a length of 5.25 inches and a width of 1.75 inches, you can say that it’s compact too. That said, it’s ideal as a cleansing system for travelers.
There are replacement brushes available. These are from the same company, Pixnor.
This facial brush is made in China.
Last, this product comes in two colors – rosy and light blue.

Pros and Cons of the Pixnor P2016
Here’s what consumers love and dislike about the product.
Results. The general consensus is that when the Pixnor P2016 facial brush works, it can get rid of imperfections (dark spots, blemishes, and even pimples) and make your skin softer.
Build. This unit isn’t that durable. Based on consumer feedback, several users complain that their unit quit working after a few months; for some, after a few uses. Also, the body is not waterproof. As one user has noted, even if you’re careful, water can still manage to get inside the battery compartment and damage it.
Ease of Use. While this product does not have complicated instructions, it says you need to remove the batteries every after use. This is quite a hassle.
Power. There are some feedback about how little power this device has even if you choose the high setting. With this, you may not be able to use some of the 7 brush heads included (e.g., the pumice stone for calluses).
While the Pixnor P2016 facial brush works when it works, we can’t ignore reports that the unit isn’t that durable. Several users said their unit died only after a few uses. Aside from that, it’s not even waterproof. No matter how careful you are when cleansing your face, there is still a high chance that water can seep into the unit and damage it.
On the bright side, this has a low price tag. But you get what you pay for.
